Important announcement

Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - 14:07

Due to the rapid increase in cases of Covid-19 locally and nationally and the highly infectious new strain of the virus the SJM committee have decided to *stop* Jummah prayers as a precautionary measure taking affect from this Friday *8th* Jan until further notice. There will be no Dhur Jammat for the public on Fridays, however the 5 daily prayers will continue as normal with additional safety measures in place. Recorded sermons will be shared each Friday for the public to benefit from.

We kindly request all those in high risk groups to avoid attending the Mosque and pray at home. Those who are attending need to make sure they follow the new two metre distancing rule, keep hands clean at all times and not mix with people after prayer.

JazakAllah khair for your understanding and co-operarion during these testing times. Any further updates will be shared in the near future.
