Pakistan Flood Relief
Since August 2010, the Shah Jahan Mosque has continued the rebuilding work to assist the victims of the floods in Pakistan.
Total donations passed the £180,000. These funds have been raised through various activities such as organising collections at Lords Cricket Ground, car washes both at the mosque and in conjunction with the Surrey Fire & Rescue Service. As with all such things how ever much you raise, it is quite never enough.
A number of organisations have played a significant part in assisting the mosque to maximise the donations and funds raised and we want to recognise and thank them for their contribution and efforts. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to all those who have contributed to help us raise funds for this.
